One of the finishing methods we use at the end of producing ordered components is precision grinding. It is the final stage of the machining process and aims to achieve the highest quality of the machined part, in accordance with the required technical specifications regarding dimensional accuracy, surface smoothness, and shape precision.

Grinding for the Highest Quality Surfaces and Components

Precision grinding allows us to process very hard materials (60-65 HRC) and achieve high surface roughness accuracy down to Ra=0.32 or even 0.16. Everything depends on the proper selection of tools, which in this case are grinders and grinding wheels made from very hard materials like sintered carbide, silicon, or diamond. We have a well-equipped technological facility, enabling us to achieve optimal results for you.

The equipment we use, with its applications and multitude of functions, far exceeds the capabilities of classic power tools. However, they are just as effective for removing contaminants, eliminating sharp edges, or cleaning welding spatter. The component you order will feature precisely the smoothness and hardness specified in your design.

Our facility is equipped with three separate machining devices dedicated to the precision grinding of various surfaces and the production of different structural components. These include machines for processing holes, flat surfaces, and shafts.

Scope of Grinding Operations

Depending on the surface shape and the relative movements of the grinding wheel and the workpiece, we perform precision grinding:

  • Shafts – maximum diameter Ø400 mm, maximum shaft length 2100 mm;
  • Surfaces – maximum workpiece dimensions 1000x500x500 mm.

Milling

We offer precise milling of parts using modern CNC centers, which guarantee maximum efficiency and machining precision. We ensure high surface quality, accurate reproduction of even the most complex shapes, and full dimensional repeatability for every series. We fulfill both individual orders and series production, always maintaining the highest manufacturing standards and timely deliveries.

Turning

Precise turning of parts with micrometric accuracy. Thanks to the use of the latest generation CNC machines, we ensure not only high quality but also full dimensional repeatability in series production. Excellent surface finish allows for further processing or direct use of the component. We handle both single-piece and mass production runs, guaranteeing consistency, repeatability, and the highest manufacturing standards.

Waterjet Cutting

We use high-pressure waterjet cutting, which allows for precise material separation without affecting their structure or physical properties. This technology enables the processing of metals, ceramics, stone, and plastics – without burn marks, deformation, or thermal stresses. It's an ideal solution for complex projects where both accuracy, edge quality, and process cleanliness are important.

Welding

We offer professional welding of steel and aluminum structures using MIG and TIG methods. Thanks to our team's experience and proven procedures, we can achieve durable, aesthetic welds that meet design requirements. Welded components are highly resistant to loads and external factors. We handle both light and industrial structures.

EDM

EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is an electro-erosion technology designed for machining difficult-to-cut materials and parts with complex geometries. The process does not induce thermal or mechanical stresses, thus preserving the full integrity of the material. We can create micro-holes, channels, and shapes in hard-to-reach areas, including components made of hardened or tool steel. This offers precision for the most demanding projects.

Painting

We perform wet spray painting, which ensures even coverage, durability, and excellent aesthetics. We use high-quality paints tailored to client specifications and product application. The coatings are resistant to abrasion, chemicals, and atmospheric conditions. This service is ideal for industrial, structural, and retail products where appearance, durability, and color consistency are crucial.

Other

As part of our comprehensive service, we also carry out additional processes: hardening, galvanization, CAD design, quality control, and final packaging. This allows you to complete the entire production cycle in one place – from concept and execution to the delivery of finished components.
