Milling

We offer precise milling of parts using modern CNC centers, which guarantee maximum efficiency and machining precision. Turning

Precise turning of parts with micrometric accuracy. By using the latest generation CNC machines, we ensure not only high quality but also full dimensional repeatability in series production. Excellent surface finish allows for further processing or direct use of the component. We handle both single-piece and mass production runs, guaranteeing consistency, repeatability, and the highest manufacturing standards.

Waterjet Cutting

We use waterjet cutting under very high pressure, which allows for precise material separation without affecting their structure or physical properties. This technology enables the processing of metals, ceramics, stone, and plastics – without burn marks, deformation, or thermal stresses. It's an ideal solution for complex projects where accuracy, edge quality, and process cleanliness are all important.

Grinding

Grinding is a crucial surface finishing stage that ensures aesthetics, dimensional accuracy, and preparation for subsequent processes. We use machines that achieve very low roughness and a high level of repeatability. This service is applicable to parts intended for welding, painting, or assembly. Welding

Electrical Discharge Machining

EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is an electro-erosion technology designed for machining difficult-to-cut materials and parts with complex geometries. We can create micro-holes, channels, and shapes in hard-to-reach areas, including in hardened or tool steel components. This offers precision for the most demanding projects.

Painting
