When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information entered in the form and the content of your correspondence, including the email address, first name, surname and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive data or information unrelated to your enquiry.

When you view the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page visited, and information about your browser and device. This data is used to deliver the website and maintain its security.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

• Handling correspondence and enquiries — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is communicating with people interested in CFT Precyzja's activities.
• Preparing a quotation or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract to which you would be a party — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Communication with a company representative is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Maintaining and securing the website and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Complying with legal obligations, where applicable to the matter concerned — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Processing that requires consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, solely within the scope of the consent given.

4. Providing data is voluntary

Providing personal data in correspondence is voluntary. Without contact details or the information needed to consider your enquiry, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not in itself constitute consent to receive marketing.

Data may be accessible to authorised employees and providers of hosting, form processing, email and IT support, to the extent necessary to provide their services. Where necessary, recipients may also include legal advisers and authorities entitled to receive the data under applicable law.

The website also uses external resources, including Google Fonts and the YouTube player; connecting to their servers involves transmitting technical data.

Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends earlier, unless another legal basis permits further retention.
